The SFDXA is governed by the Association By-Laws.
"R. ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS -- The current SFDXA By-Laws and any Amendments thereto shall be published on the SFDXA website and shall be readily available to all regular members by mail upon request to the SFDXA Secretary."
