Our Speaker was Julio Ripoll WD4R Founder/ Coordinator of WX4NHC, the Amateur Radio Station at the National Hurricane Center. Julio received the prestigious 2025 Dayton Hamvention Special Achievement Award and the 2025 RCA Barry Goldwater Amateur Radio Award in Washington DC for 45 years of service to the National Hurricane Center.
